I always thought blondes are the stupidest group jokes (never felt blondes are more often stupid that any other hair color), and never liked them (outside the joke potential itself, if applied to anything you find stupid), but banning politically incorrect jokes is just stupid. Like with ludicrous laws countries write, nobody will care about it (much less the Police) so I doubt it's a problem.
